1. PRIVACY STATEMENT
Papan Iklan respects user privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information that Papan Iklan collects from Users.
i. Account Creation and Use
a) Before placing an order, Users are required to register by entering the requested personal information, but not limited to e-mail address and passcode. Each e-mail address and cellphone number can only be used for one account. By entering personal information, the User guarantees that all such information is correct and complete. Requests for changes to personal information must be sent to Papan Iklan if there are changes to the information that the User has provided.
b) Only Users can use their own User account and promise not to authorize anyone else to use the User's identity or use the User's account. Users cannot hand over or transfer User accounts to other parties.
c) Papan Iklan is not responsible for all risks and losses arising as a result of misuse of User accounts by accessing links or links provided by other parties, providing or showing passcodes and/or e-mails to other parties.
d) The User undertakes to only use the Papan Iklan for the intended purpose of obtaining the services available. Users may not abuse or use Papan Iklan to commit fraud and cause inconvenience to others or place false orders.
e) Papan Iklan has the right to limit User access in using the Application and User Account if a violation of these Terms and Conditions is found.

ii. Account Closure and Deletion of User Personal Data

  1. If the User does not use the Papan Iklan in accordance with its intended use, violates these Terms and Conditions and/or applicable laws and regulations, the Papan Iklan has the right to freeze or terminate the User's use of the Platform.
  2. Users have an obligation to maintain the security and confidentiality of data relating to User accounts, so that in the event of disclosure or use of related data that is unauthorized or without User authority, or account hacking, Papan Iklan can close the User's account.
  3. Users have the right to choose to stop, either temporarily or permanently, using the Platform at any time by canceling and closing the User's account.
  4. To close an account, the User is required to contact Papan Iklan Customer Service by submitting a request for account closure via e-mail to [email protected]. Papan Iklan has the right to carry out a data verification process related to the User's account before closing the account.
  5. The account closure process will take place a maximum of 7×24 hours after the application is verified and received by the Papan Iklan.
  6. Papan Iklan will delete and/or anonymize user personal data under the control of Papan Iklan if the user's personal data is no longer needed to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, the User submits an account closure request through Papan Iklan customer service, and data storage is no longer required for the purpose of compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the Republic of Indonesia.
  7. Users have the right to request removal of their personal information from the Papan Iklan database. However, such removal may affect access and use of Papan Iklan services.
2. TYPES OF INFORMATION THAT PAPAN IKLAN COLLECT
Papan Iklan may collect personal information such as name, email address and other contact information when users register for or interact with Papan Iklan services.
 
3. USE OF INFORMATION & INFORMATION SECURITY
The information that Papan Iklan collects is used to provide services, process transactions, manage user accounts, and deliver service-related information and promotions.
I. Papan Iklan carries out information management and Platform security by trying to keep all Papan Iklan Services, from ordering to payment on the Platform, as safe as possible and free from interference from irresponsible parties.
II. Despite its maximum efforts, Papan Iklan cannot guarantee that the Platform will always be error-free and that its use will always be fit for purpose, timely and that any errors will be corrected, free from viruses or bugs or demonstrate overall functionality, accuracy, reliability the platform.
III. Papan Iklan is not responsible for any delays, failures, errors, or losses when using the Papan Iklan Services which arise due to the use of the internet and incompatible electronic communications, or other damaging things sent to the User's computer system via the Papan Iklan Platform.
IV. Papan Iklan will not be responsible for any losses caused by other parties accessing the User's account without the User's permission and authority, as well as things that do not occur due to the fault/negligence of Papan Iklan.
V. Papan Iklan collects and processes the User's personal information, such as the User's name, e-mail address and mobile phone number when the User registers on the Platform and the Services available therein. Users must provide accurate and complete information, update information and agree to provide any proof of identity reasonably requested by Papan Iklan.
VI. The User undertakes to only use the Papan Iklan for the intended purpose of obtaining the services provided. Users may not abuse or use Papan Iklan to commit fraud and cause inconvenience to others or place false orders.
VII. The User understands that when using the Platform and all Papan Iklan Services, the User's personal data may be collected, used and/or disclosed by the Papan Iklan so that the User can enjoy the Platform and the Papan Iklan Services. Only for the purposes of Platform operations and use of services and/or other purposes deemed appropriate, the User hereby gives consent to Papan Iklan to collect, use, or disclose any and all User personal data that the User understands that part of the data or information regarding the User may accessed by any third party working with Papan Iklan. For the avoidance of doubt, Users also authorize Papan Iklan to disclose User's personal data to any authority (including legal authority) based on the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Indonesia. Papan Iklan is not responsible for any User losses resulting from misuse by third parties of User data or information that has been disclosed under these provisions. Users understand that Papan Iklan may be required to disclose Users' personal data to any authority (including legal or monetary authority) based on the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Indonesia. Papan Iklan will have the right to investigate and prosecute in the event of a violation of all of the above provisions, to the extent permitted by law including involving law enforcement officials. Papan Iklan has the right to monitor User access within the Platform, to ensure compliance with these Terms of Use, or to comply with applicable regulations.

VIII. Papan Iklan uses appropriate security measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

4. DISCLOSURE OF THIRD PARTY INFORMATION
Personal information will not be sold, rented, or given to third parties without the user's permission, unless necessary to provide services or comply with applicable laws.
 
5. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGY
Papan Iklan uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve user experience and analyze service usage. Users can manage their cookie preferences through browser settings.
 
6. PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES
This privacy policy may be updated by Papan Iklan from time to time. These changes will be informed via the Papan Iklan website.

Papan Iklan is committed to not discriminating against Users who utilize their rights in accordance with Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection (UU PDP) as well as other legal regulations in force in the Republic of Indonesia.
